Squared Electrical formed in early 2020 when working directors Tom Crack and Michael Scott were contracted to assist in the construction of a large-scale utility solar farm in southern NSW.

TOM CRACK / Director
A founding member of Squared Electrical, Tom is a qualified Electrician previously employed by Melbourne-based Tier 1 level contractors where he fulfilled the role of Electrical Foreman on large-scale commercial developments within the Melbourne CBD. In 2019 Tom changed direction by becoming an Electrical Contractor in his own right and subcontracting his experience and services to large-scale solar projects. Soon after he co-founded Squared Electrical, which has grown to be a full EPC Solar Contractor undertaking all aspects of solar project construction. Tom is both Company Director and remains involved within electrical supervision on all Squared Electrical projects with tools in hand and strong presence on site.
MICHAEL SCOTT / Director
As co-founder of Squared Electrical Michael brings a wealth of expertise to the company, having extensive experience as an electrician in Melbourne’s construction sector. Within Squared Electrical he serves as Electrical Supervisor, where he holds a hands-on role that oversees our unwavering commitment to precision and quality on every project. Michael’s leadership is instrumental in driving Squared Electrical’s mission to deliver superior electrical solutions within the renewable energy sector. He is equally passionate about teamwork and is dedicated to building a team of exceptional individuals who share a common vision.
ANDREW DILLON / Partner
Andrew is an Electrical and Renewable Energy Engineer that has worked in the renewable energy industry in Australia and Germany since 2017. He has worked as Project Manager on major subcontract packages (electrical/mechanical/civil) on >500MW of solar farms across the east coast of Australia and also New Zealand. Andrew oversees pre-contracts, procurement, construction and commissioning of solar projects for Squared Electrical.
